Uvedené uznesenie bolo zverejnené v insolvenčnom registri dňa 23.02.2026. According to the Direction of the European Council No. 2015/848 dated 20th May 2015, as the bankruptcy trustee of the debtor: Adam Vajdík, born September 2, 1997, the city of Trnava, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic, operating under business name: Adam Vajdík, ID No.: 52 951 227, with the place of business Na hlinách 6925/14, 917 01 Trnava , Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred as „Debtor“), our duty is to inform you that with the resolution of the District Court Trnava, proc. no: 24OdK/5/2026 dated on January 27, 2026 bankruptcy procedure was declared on the Debtor's estate. The aforementioned resolution was published in Insolvency Register on February 23, 2026. Prihláška sa podáva u správcu elektronicky prostredníctvom na to určeného elektronického formulára špecializovaného portálu do elektronickej schránky správcu (Správca – LexCreditor k.s., číslo schránky: E0006172688) a musí byť autorizovaná. Ak ide o zahraničného veriteľa podľa osobitného predpisu, prihláška sa podáva u správcu elektronicky prostredníctvom na to určeného formulára podľa osobitného predpisu. Prihláška musí byť správcovi doručená v základnej prihlasovacej lehote do 45 dní od vyhlásenia konkurzu. Ak návrh podáva zástupca veriteľa, k návrhu musí pripojiť splnomocnenie na zastupovanie veriteľa pri prihlasovaní pohľadávky v konkurze, ktoré musí byť autorizované dlžníkom, inak sa naň neprihliada (§ 28 ods. 2 ZKR). The application is submitted to the administrator electronically through a dedicated electronic form in the administrator's mailbox (Správca – LexCreditor k.s., Number of the electronic mailbox: E0006172688) and must be authorized. If it is a foreign creditor according to a special regulation, the application is submitted to the administrator electronically using a form designed for that according to a special regulation. The application must be delivered to the administrator within the basic application period within 45 days from the declaration of bankruptcy. The registration of claim has to provide information about the name, surname and the address of the firm and the seat of the creditor and of the Bankrupt, the legal cause of the claim, ranking of the satisfaction of the claim from the bankrupt´s general estate and the amount of the claim divided to the principal and the interests, and the interests divided according the legal cause; the registration has to be filled in a special registration form, which has to be dated and signed by creditor. If it is a foreign publisher according to a special regulation, the application is submitted to the administrator electronically using the specified form according to a special regulation. Pre každú zabezpečenú pohľadávku musí byť predložená samostatná prihláška s uvedením zabezpečenej sumy, druhu, poradia, predmetu a právneho dôvodu vzniku zabezpečovacieho práva. Rovnakým spôsobom uplatňujú svoje pohľadávky aj veritelia pohľadávok, ktorých vznik je viazaný na splnenie podmienky, pričom sa uvedie skutočnosť, na základe ktorej má pohľadávka vzniknúť alebo podmienku, od ktorej závisí vznik pohľadávky. Creditors whose claims depend on the fulfillment of certain conditions register their claims in the same way. They also state in the registration form the condition on which the claim is dependent. V konkurze uplatňuje svoju pohľadávku prihláškou aj veriteľ, ktorý má pohľadávku voči inej osobe ako úpadcovi, ak je zabezpečená zabezpečovacím právom vzťahujúcim sa k majetku úpadcu. Pohľadávka sa uplatňuje v mene EUR. K prihláške sa pripájajú listiny preukazujúce údaje uvedené v prihláške. Also creditors, who have claim against the third person, however secured by Debtor´s assets, have to lodge their claim in bankruptcy proceedings in question. The claim has to be lodged in currency named as EUR. Documents proving the information provided in the lodgement of claim have to be enclosed to the lodgement of claim. In case the creditor does not have a seat or an address or a branch office in the Slovak Republic a representative with an address or a seat in the Slovak Republic has to be stated and noted to the bankruptcy trustee. In case a non-financial claim is lodged, an expert opinion stating the value of the claim has to be added otherwise creditor´s lodgment will not be considered as the lodgment of claim. Na prihlášky veriteľov, ktoré nebudú spĺňať zákonom stanovené podmienky a nebudú podpísané, sa v konkurznom konaní neprihliada ako na prihlášku. Ak veriteľ doručí správcovi prihlášku neskôr, na prihlášku sa prihliada, veriteľ však nemôže vykonávať hlasovacie práva a ďalšie práva spojené s prihlásenou pohľadávkou. Lodgement of claims that will not fulfill the requirements stated by the law or will be not signed or an expert opinion (in case of non-financial claim) will not be attached to the lodgement of claim shall not be considered as lodgement of claims in the bankruptcy proceedings. The lodgement of claim served to the bankruptcy trustee after the basic period of time elapses, shall be considered as the lodgement of claim however the creditor does not have to exercise the voting rights and other rights connecting with the lodged claims. Veriteľ má právo prihlásiť sa do konkurzu do času, kým správca neoznámi v Insolvenčnom registri, že ide zostaviť rozvrh výťažku. Creditors have the right to lodge their claim in bankruptcy proceedings until the bankruptcy trustee informed about the intended distributions proceeds in Registry of insolvency proceedings. Na prihlášky, ktoré nebudú spĺňať zákonom stanovené podmienky sa v konkurze neprihliada. Any application of claims that will not fulfill the requirements stated by the law will not be attached to the application of claim in the bunkruptcy procedure.
