Pohľadávky úpadcu v nominálnej hodnote 187 181,82 Eur voči spoločnosti mageba GmbH, Im Rinchenrott 3a, 370 79 Gottingen, Nemecko.

Pohľadávku úpadcu v nominálnej hodnote 8 750,59 Eur voči spoločnosti mageba Hungary Ksp., Ipari u. 5, 4461 Nyírtelek, Maďarsko.

Kúpna cena za predaj pohľadávok je stanovená vo výške minimálne 80% nominálnej hodnoty pohľadávok.

Záujemcovia svoje ponuky zašlú na adresu správcu JUDr. Eva Háberová, Trhová ul. č. 1, 960 01 Zvolen, s označením „konkurz Gallai&Wolff s.r.o. – pohľadávky – neotvárať“ najneskôr do 30 dní od zverejnenia predaja pohľadávok v Obchodnom vestníku.

Ako súčasť ponuky zo strany prípadných záujemcov o kúpu pohľadávok musí byť aj doklad o zaplatení finančnej zábezpeky vo výške 10% z ponúkanej kúpnej ceny na konkurzný účet.

Doručené ponuky správca vyhodnotí v lehote najneskôr 15 dní od uplynutia lehoty na doručenie ponúk.

Záujemcom bude výsledok ponukového konania zo strany správcu oznámený najneskôr do 25 dní od uplynutia lehoty na doručenie ponúk, pričom neúspešným uchádzačom zálohu na odkúpenie pohľadávok správca vráti v tej istej lehote.

Der Gemeinschuldner Gallai&Wolff s.r.o., Križovatka 5, 969 01 Banská Štiavnica, vertreten durch die Konkursverwalterin JUDr. Eva Háberová bietet folgende Forderungen zum Verkauf an:

Forderungen des Gemeinschuldners im Nennwert von 187 181,82 EUR gegenüber der mageba GmbH, Im Rinchenrott 3a, 370 79 Gottingen, Deutschland.

Eine Forderung des Gemeinschuldners im Nennwert von 8 750,59 EUR gegenüber der mageba Hungary Ksp., Ipari u. 5, 4461 Nyírtelek, Ungarn.

Der Kaufpreis für den Verkauf von Forderungen ist in Höhe von mindestens 80% des Nennwerts der Forderungen festgelegt.

Kaufinteressenten können sich über den Kauf bei der Verwalterin an der Telefonnr. 005 541 081 bzw. beim Vorsitzenden des Gläubigerausschusses an poloni@actm.sk konkreter informieren.

Die Interessenten haben ihre Angebote an die Adresse des Verwalters JUDr. Eva Háberová, Trhová ul. č. 1, 960 01 Zvolen, mit der Bezeichnung “konkurz Gallai&Wolff s.r.o. – pohľadávky – neotvárať” [Konkurs der Gallai&Wolff s.r.o. – Forderungen – nicht öffnen] spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab der Veröffentlichung des Verkaufs der Forderungen im Obchodný vestník [Handelsamtsblatt] zu schicken.

Bestandteil des Angebots seitens allfälliger Forderungskaufinteressenten muss auch ein Beleg über die Bezahlung einer Finanzsicherheit in Höhe von 10 % des angebotenen Kaufpreises auf das Konkurskonto sein.

Die zugestellten Angebote wird der Verwalter spätestens innerhalb von 15 Tagen ab dem Ablauf der Frist für die Zustellung der Angebote auswerten.

Das Ergebnis des Angebotsverfahrens wird seitens des Verwalters spätestens innerhalb von 25 Tagen ab dem Ablauf der Frist für die Zustellung der Angebote den Interessenten mitgeteilt werden, wobei der Verwalter den erfolglosen Bewerbern den Vorschuss für den Forderungskauf innerhalb derselben Frist zurückerstatten wird.

The bankrupt Gallai&Wolff s.r.o., Křižovatka 5, 969 01 Banská Štiavnica, represented by the bankruptcy trustee JUDr. Eva Háberová, offers the following accounts receivable for sale:

Accounts receivable of the bankrupt with the nominal value of EUR 187,181.82 from mageba GmbH, Im Rinchenrott 3a, 370 79 Gottingen, Germany.

An account receivable of the bankrupt with the nominal value of EUR 8,750.59 from mageba Hungary Ksp., Ipari u. 5, 4461 Nyírtelek, Hungary.

The purchase price for the sale of the accounts receivable is set to be at least 80% of the nominal value of the accounts receivable.

Parties interested in the purchase may become informed about the details of the accounts receivable with the trustee at the phone number 0905 541 081 or with the chairman of the committee of creditors at poloni@actm.sk.

The interested parties shall send their offers to the address of the trustee JUDr. Eva Háberová, Trhová ul. č. 1, 960 01 Zvolen, marked with the text "konkurz Gallai&Wolff s.r.o. - pohľadávky - neotvárať" [bankruptcy of Gallai&Wolff s.r.o. – accounts receivable – do not open], not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the sale of the accounts receivable in the Obchodný vestník [Commercial Journal].

A voucher for the payment of a financial security equal to 10% of the offered purchase price to the bankruptcy account must be also part of the offer of the potential parties interested in the purchase of accounts receivable.

The offers delivered will be evaluated by the trustee not later than 15 days after the expiration of the deadline for the delivery of the offers.

The interested parties will be notified of the result of the bidding procedure on the part of the trustee not later than 25 days after the expiration of the deadline for the delivery of the offers; the trustee will return the security for the purchase of accounts receivable to unsuccessful bidders within the same deadline.
